FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Hermes UK. Delivery standard is 2 - 3 days on average but if you need over-night just contact us.
• Free shipping to all UK destinations.
• We can ship to Europe so please contact us to get a shipping cost
• We have a Canadian Warehouse which holds stock of moss so again please contact us to quote a detailed shipping cost.

DELIVERY

• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

• Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
